District Volunteer Skills Day

An opportunity for all adult volunteers in Huddersfield North Scouts to gain new skills, refresh old ones or just come and say hello! The day is a drop-in, come for as little or as much as you want. Bring a packed lunch if staying over lunchtime, refreshments will be provided. There is no charge for this event. 

Bases and stands include:

Crafts, Training & validation stand, Young Leaders Information stand, Pioneering & Knots base, The launch of  Programmes in a box, Backwoods & Stove cooking, Fire lighting, Knives and axes, Hammocks/Tents, Permits & Nights Away stand, Map & Compass & Games (Game exchange – bring your best game to include!)
